J & E was founded in April 2023 by Jaden J. R. Skudlarek and his brother Evan. Jaden has been in the landscaping and maintenance business for over a decade and has an extensive history of business ownership experience as well as experience in selling landscaping services for a major landscaping company. Jaden also has a B.A. from Arizona State University. At J & E Property Services we are a customer first business. We strive to always deliver competitive pricing relative to our competitors and we always pursue quality in our work as well as taking pride in what we do.
Some Basic Information About Us
- We are fully insured in Connecticut.
- We offer packages and subscriptions unlike any other contracting/landscaping company (just ask us about them)
- We serve Bridgeport, Fairfield/Southport, Stratford, Westport, Easton, Weston, Wilton, Norwalk, Darien, Stamford, Greenwich, Trumbull, and Monroe. We will also serve Milford and Shelton. Outside of Bridgeport, Fairfield, Stratford, and Westport there is a $200 MINIMUM.
- We specialize in working on Colonial and Victorian era homes.
